Salami, Bean and Pasta Salad

Ingredients

  • 50 grams cooked penne
  • 50 grams salami, chopped
  • 50 grams red kidney beans, cooked or canned
  • 2 spring onions, chopped
  • 30 milliliters plain yoghurt
  • 1 tsp made mustard
  • lettuce leaves, to serve

Method

1. Put the cooked penne into a bowl with the salami, beans and spring onions
2. Mix the yoghurt and mustard together and stir into the salad ingredients
3. Serve on a bed of lettuce
