1. Heat the oil in a frying pan, add the sliced pork and fry until it starts to brown |
2. Add the apple and ginger and cook for a further 5 minutes, until the apple starts to soften. |
3. Add the butter or margarine and stir in until melted -- take care not to allow it to burn. |
4. Remove the pork and apple slices to a warmed serving dish and pour over the ginger sauce |
5. Serve with pasta or noodles |
