1. Heat the oil in a saucepan until it is very hot and quickly fry the cubed pork until it is browned. Remove from the saucepan. |
2. In the same oil, fry the onion and garlic until soft. |
3. Stir in paprika, cayenne, a little salt and the tomatoes. |
4. Return the meat to the pan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 30 minutes, until the pork is tender. |
5. Remove from the heat and swirl in the yoghurt. |
6. Serve with rice or noodles and a green salad. |
