1. Cook the farfalle in a large pan of boiling, salted water. |
2. Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan. |
3. Heat the oil and gently fry the onion until softened, but not browned. |
4. Add the wine, stock and cheese. Stir gently until the cheese melts. |
5. Season with black pepper and stir in the toasted sesame seeds. |
6. Drain the cooked pasta and toss with the sauce, then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese. |
