Farfalle with Goat's Cheese and Sesame Seeds

Ingredients

  • 75 grams Farfalle
  • 1 tbsp Sesame Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • half Onion, Chopped
  • 2 tbsp Dry white wine
  • 1 tbsp Vegetable or chicken stock
  • 50 grams Soft goat's cheese
  • Freshly ground black pepper
  • Parmesan cheese, Grated

Method

1. Cook the farfalle in a large pan of boiling, salted water.
2. Meanwhile, toast the sesame seeds in a dry frying pan.
3. Heat the oil and gently fry the onion until softened, but not browned.
4. Add the wine, stock and cheese. Stir gently until the cheese melts.
5. Season with black pepper and stir in the toasted sesame seeds.
6. Drain the cooked pasta and toss with the sauce, then sprinkle with grated parmesan cheese.
