1. Cut the steak into thin strips |
2. Heat the oil in a frying pan or wok. When it is really hot, add the sliced meat and fry for 3 minutes, stirring all the time. |
3. Add the sliced pepper and continue frying for 2 more minutes. |
4. Turn the heat down and add the oyster sauce. Heat through gently for a further 5 minutes. |
5. Serve with rice. |
